Dr. Andrew Roberts is running for Allen County Coroner in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He is a dedicated professional with years of experience in the medical field. His goal is to serve the community by ensuring that the coroner's office is run efficiently and effectively.
Dr. Andrew Roberts grew up in small town Indiana where he learned the importance of Hoosier values such as honesty, reliability, accountability, discipline, and dependability. That's what drove him to be at the top of his class in high school and college at the University of Notre Dame and what drove him further to pursue medical school and become a doctor. He has always had a strong passion for helping others and has dedicated his career to helping those struggling with opioid addiction as well as serving veterans as a primary care physician at the Veteran's Administration. His passion for helping others and serving his community is what eventually led him into politics where he feels he can serve an even greater purpose. He wants to try to change the narrative of divisiveness that our country has fallen prey to and focus on working together on achieving commonsense policies that we can all agree on. There is so much more that we have in common with each other and unites us but society is focused on tearing each other apart and only focusing on our differences. It’s time to find leaders who are willing to be positive role models both in their words and actions.
Dr. Andrew Roberts is a respected medical professional and dedicated community leader with a passion for serving the residents of Allen County. With a career marked by excellence in internal medicine and a commitment to public health, Dr. Roberts is prepared to bring his expertise and compassion to the role of Allen County Coroner.
He is here to serve ALL people and not just those that vote for him or have similar ideological views. He plans to use his experience as a physician when approaching problems and view them through a methodical, objective lens instead of one that is politically motivated. He believes all elected officials are public servants and should act as such instead of being beholden to special interest groups, donors, lobbyists, or even their own political party.
